Our Programmes

Le Cordon Bleu London offers an array of short courses, workshops and professional programmes which combine demonstrations, practical sessions and theory allowing students to fully grasp the skills they are learning in the state-of-the-art facilities.

The courses provided include the most prestigious programme, the Grand Diplôme® which is a 9-month long course combining both the Diplôme de Cuisine and the Diplôme de Pâtisserie programmes, enabling students to learn traditional French techniques which can be applied to any cuisine.

The Diplôme de Cuisine offers complete training in classic French culinary techniques, modern techniques and global trends. The diploma comprises of three certificates at Basic, Intermediate and Superior levels which can be completed in 9 months or a duration of 6 months if taken intensively.

Also, the Diplôme de Pâtisserie enables students to develop their own creativity and learn intricate pastry techniques. The programme comprises of three certificates- Basic, Intermediate and Superior and can also be studied in 9 months or in 6 months as an intensive diploma.

In addition, the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management is a full-time course designed to meet industry needs. Students learn about oenology and gastronomy as well as wine sensory analysis, food and wine pairing, marketing and wine business management. What’s more, students have the opportunity to visit some of Europe’s most popular wineries.

Moreover, we have recently partnered up with Birkbeck University to deliver a unique BBA Culinary Industry Management degree. Our programmes allow students to take on an internship to gain hands on experience of how food companies operate.

Also at Le Cordon Bleu London, novices and experts alike can enrol in short courses such as chocolate making workshops to Cake Decorating and Canapés and Wine Pairing.
