Applications and Nominations are now open for the British Council Alumni Awards 2017.
The 2017 British Council Alumni Awards have for the first time been extended to independent sector students studying university degree courses at higher education institutions in the UK. There are three awards on offer to eligible alumni, recognising a range of success and achievements. These are:
- The Professional Achievement Award
- The Entrepreneurial Award
- The Social Impact Award
The profiles of award winners and finalists from the 2016 Alumni Awards are available to view to inspire applications and nominations.
To be eligible, alumni must have studied in the UK at degree level (defined as band 9 and above on the UK NARIC band framework) or above within the past 15 years for a minimum of one term. Nominees must also have been enrolled at an officially recognised or listed UK higher education institution.
The deadline for nominations is 16 October 2016 and applications close on 31 October 2016. More information can be found on the British Council’s Alumni Awards 2017 page.
